Terms & Conditions
Contents
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TRITO Token platform at tritotoken.eu ("the Platform"), registering an account, connecting a wallet, staking tokens, participating in the airdrop, or interacting with any TRITO smart contracts, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
2. About TRITO Token
TRITO Token ("TRITO") is a blockchain-based token built on Ethereum implementing the Tri-Pillar Consensus framework. The Platform is operated by Jordan Pobienski ("TRITO Foundation" or the "project operators"), where no separate legal entity currently exists.
- ▸Proof of Hidden History (PoHH) — burn-event-based VRF entropy for block sealing
- ▸Proof of Commitment & Streak (PoCS) — streak-based validator eligibility
- ▸Community Engagement Rank (CeR) — dual-activity merit scoring
These protocols were invented by Jordan Pobienski and are publicly documented and attributable through GitHub timestamps (June 12, 2026), a permanent Zenodo publication (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20767816), and an independent Bitcoin-blockchain timestamp of the paper via OpenTimestamps.
3. Testnet Disclaimer
⚠️ TRITO Token is currently deployed on the Ethereum Sepolia testnet. Testnet tokens have NO real monetary value.
- •All tokens, rewards, and airdrop points earned during testnet are for testing purposes only
- •Testnet balances may be reset at any time without notice
- •Migration to mainnet does not guarantee any specific token allocation
- •The project operators reserve the right to modify tokenomics and parameters before mainnet launch
4. No Financial Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. TRITO Token is an experimental blockchain project.
- •Never invest more than you can afford to lose
- •Conduct your own research before participating
- •Consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions
- •Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile
The project operators accept no liability for financial losses incurred through use of the Platform.
5. Utility Token Statement
TRITO Token is intended solely as a utility token providing access to platform features including staking, validator participation, governance voting, and community rewards. TRITO Token does not represent ownership, equity, profit-sharing rights, dividends, debt instruments, securities, investment contracts, or any claim against the issuer or project operators. Nothing in these Terms or on the Platform should be construed as an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities.
6. Airdrop Program
⚠️ All airdrop allocations, vesting schedules, point conversion ratios, and reward amounts are provisional and subject to change prior to mainnet launch.
6.1 Eligibility
To qualify for the TRITO Early Adopter Airdrop your account must be at least 7 days old, you must have staked TRITO tokens on testnet OR registered as a validator node, and email verification must be complete.
6.2 Current Pool Structure (Subject to Change)
Activity Pool
100M TRITO
5 TRITO/point, max 1,000 pts
Referral Pool
40M TRITO
50 TRITO/referral, max 25
Bonus Pool
10M TRITO
Top performers only
6.3 Indicative Vesting Schedule
20% at TGE · 40% at Badge 1 (day 90) · 40% at Badge 2 (day 180) — subject to change before mainnet launch.
6.4 Anti-Abuse
The project operators reserve the right to disqualify accounts engaging in sybil attacks, fake referrals, bot activity, or any manipulation of the points system.
7. Registration Gift
The 500 TRITO registration gift is available to the first 10,000 verified members who complete email verification, link a valid Ethereum wallet address, and sign a wallet ownership verification message. The gift is limited, non-transferable, and subject to the testnet disclaimer in Section 3. No private keys are collected or stored during wallet verification.
8. Staking
8.1 Risks
Staking TRITO tokens involves locking your tokens for a fixed period. You acknowledge that locked tokens cannot be transferred during the lock period, early unstaking results in a 50% APR penalty (full principal always returned), and smart contract vulnerabilities may result in loss of tokens.
8.2 Validator Nodes
Registering as a validator node subjects you to potential stake slashing (up to 50%) for double-signing, removal from the validator pool for misconduct, and behavior adjustments applied by the sequencer or governance.
9. Charity Mechanism
0.1% of every TRITO token transfer is automatically sent to the designated charity wallet. The project operators do not guarantee any specific donation amount, retain discretion over recipient organizations, and will conduct community votes on charity recipients where possible. The project operators may suspend, redirect, modify, or discontinue the charity mechanism at their discretion.
10. Intellectual Property
